We are seeking an experienced Client Promotions Operations Specialist to support client lifecycle marketing initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilitie

  • Support the execution of client lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at increasing client engagement, retention, and trading activity
  • Coordinate end-to-end promotional campaign processes including feasibility assessment, planning support, execution coordination, and platform implementation
  • Review and validate promotion rules and campaign mechanics to ensure operational feasibility and consistency with system capabilities
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to support campaign approval and implementation
  • Assist in campaign system configuration, launch processes, and post-launch operational support
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on client participation and engagement outcomes
  • Support development and maintenance of SOPs, campaign documentation, and internal training materials
  • Maintain campaign tracking records and ensure timely execution of promotional activities across multiple projects

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, campaign operations or promotional roles, with experience in financial services highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and client engagement strategies
  • Ability to analyse data and interpret campaign performance metrics
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
