About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our Strategic Account Managers and Client Development Managers. The successful candidate will work with the team to add an enormous value to the day-to-day, efficient running of the team and will gain satisfaction from seeing your hard work make a difference. 

It is an exciting time to be joining the Chief Client Office as the team redefines how they work and focuses on Growth. You’ll have the scope to develop your skills in a high-performing culture, where we're constantly learning from each other.  This varied role would suit an individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding client expectations, always. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, with the support of your manager and broader team, and happy to take ownership of issues, following through to resolution. The role also provides opportunity to gain insight into Account Management and Client Development.

You will be positive and flexible in your approach to work and in return, we’ll support your professional development by providing opportunities to progress your skills. 

Please note: this opportunity is a 12-month fixed term full time contract role, with a preference to be based in Sydney, however, we are open to candidates based in other locations. The internal position title is ‘Client Services Assistant’.

 

About You

You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, with the support of your manager and broader team, and happy to take ownership of issues, following through to resolution. You’ll ideally also have:

  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail as well as being process driven
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs
  • General Insurance Industry knowledge would be beneficial
  • You will be thorough and be happy to always go the extra mile

Key Responsibilities

  • Support of Strategic Account Managers and Head of Client Development
  • Salesforce Management and Maintenance of Data
  • Maintenance of Client Knowledge Centre and Chief Client Officer pages within Crawpedia
  • Client Reporting co-ordination and review
  • Tender Management
  • Client System Management
