About the position:

 SS&C Eze is seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join the Client Service team in its Sydney office. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has excellent problem-solving abilities and can provide excellent service to our clients in the investment industry. Successful candidates will be self-sufficient and will be required to have a good understanding of the asset management business and have previous experience servicing clients in the financial industry and is best suited to candidates with both technical and business skills.

Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Investigate and resolve problems and queries for our clients across a range of asset classes and operations.
  • Be the first point of contact between SS&C Eze and the clients using the applications, taking responsibility when required for managing the ongoing relationship between the two entities.
  • Work closely with and assisting the other internal teams using your technical and business knowledge when required.
  • Examples of day to day activities can include (But are not limited to): o Support clients with the use of the Order Management System & Portfolio Management & Accounting System to manage their daily trading activities including order routing and execution, market data delivery, reporting and back-office services.
    • Execute high-touch coverage assignments for our Enterprise and Strategic multi-broker buy-side institutional clients.
    • Participate in the new client onboarding handover process from project to support teams
    • Carry out client training
    • Identify client trends by analysing data from Eze CRM and recommend solutions to reduce unnecessary support overhead

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in support or implementation within the financial services industry
  • Understanding of hedge fund workflow and operations
  • Understanding of Service-Desk/Support operations
  • Ability to produce results to tight deadlines and manage multiple support cases
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven ability to deliver effective training content tailored to different audiences ranging from entry-level employees to clients.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, growing, rapidly changing environment.
  • Understanding of SQL, FIX messaging and Web Services
  • Relevant financial qualifications a plus.
