About the Internship
As a Client Success Intern at Ogury, you’ll step into a structured, hands-on learning experience supporting the delivery of digital advertising campaigns for some of Australia’s most recognised brands and media agencies. This paid internship gives you guided exposure to the AdTech industry, the opportunity to learn from an experienced local team, and the chance to develop foundational skills relevant to Client Success, Ad Operations, Account Management, and more.
You’ll partner closely with our Australia-based Client Success and AdOps teams to observe, learn, and support key elements of the campaign process. You’ll assist with supervised tasks that help the team monitor delivery, interpret performance indicators, and maintain high-quality internal communication.

This internship is a hybrid role requiring a commitment of two days per week. We encourage you to join us in our Sydney office on those days to collaborate closely with the team, learn through hands-on guidance, and fully immerse yourself in the work environment. You’ll report directly to our Senior Client Success Manager, who will provide mentorship and day-to-day support throughout your internship.

What you will be doing
- Client Support & Campaign Coordination
- Assist the Client Success team throughout the campaign lifecycle by supporting tasks related to activation, monitoring, and wrap-up.
- Help the team observe and track campaign pacing and delivery under supervision, contributing basic updates and insights.
- Support the preparation of performance summaries, reporting materials, and post-campaign insights.
- Collaborate with AdOps to learn how delivery issues are identified and resolved, assisting with basic tasks as guided.
- Contribute to internal processes that help the team deliver a smooth and positive client experience.
- Team Support & Internal Enablement
- Assist in preparing internal documents, team decks, meeting notes, and best-practice materials.
- Help maintain internal tools, trackers, and shared resources that support team organisation.
- Review campaign data and trends under guidance, sharing observations that may assist with optimisation or rebooking discussions (with no direct client ownership).
- Industry & Strategic Support
- Conduct guided research on market trends, competitor activity, and campaign best practices.
- Assist in updating case studies, internal knowledge bases, and strategic playbooks.
- Provide general internal support across teams to contribute to operational excellence.

- Ideally, some exposure through coursework, projects, or previous internships in marketing, media, advertising, or business (nice to have, not required).
Educational Requirements & Internship Details
- You must be currently enrolled in a tertiary qualification (University, TAFE, or equivalent) or have recently completed one.
- This is a paid casual internship, and you will be engaged as a casual employee under Fair Work Australia.
- As a casual employee, you will receive the applicable casual loading in place of annual leave entitlements.
- While some universities may allow students to claim course credit, this role is not a formal vocational placement, and no school paperwork is required.
- International students must ensure their visa conditions permit paid employment and comply with any relevant work-hour limitations.
- This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning, hands-on experience, and structured support while contributing to real client work under supervision.
