As a Clients & Markets Advisor, you’ll work at the heart of our national team, helping the firm make the most of each opportunity. You’ll provide hands-on support in pursuits while also contributing to projects that improve how we go to market.
What you’ll do
- Support and at times lead the delivery of small-to-mid scale strategic pursuits, from early positioning through to onboarding.
- Work directly with partners to shape pursuit strategy, refine solution design, and ensure content reflects client needs, priorities, and differentiators.
- Assist in handovers and onboarding, coordinating playbook materials and transition points for relationship teams.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen how the firm goes to market, such as improving onboarding approaches, supporting the Growth Portal, and developing opportunity pipelines.
- Maintain and improve pursuit systems, templates, and content.
- Track performance data and share insights that support continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Pitch or pursuit experience, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and contribute to persuasive messaging.
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify the complex.
- Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to keep people and priorities moving under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- A growth mindset and natural curiosity, with the ability to connect patterns and insights.
- Bonus: experience in client development, legal BD, or professional services.
