What you’ll do
Support on strategic pursuits in collaboration with the C&M Managers, providing end-to-end assistance throughout the pursuit lifecycle
Coordinate pitch responses from brief to delivery, including timelines, inputs, and approvals
Write and edit clear, persuasive content tailored to client needs
Help refine and improve bid processes, tools, and templates
Maintain our content library and dashboards
Collaborate with lawyers, partners, and marketing teams
Track feedback and performance to improve how we pitch
What you’ll bring
Strong writing and editing skills (bid/tender experience is a bonus)
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
