G’day, we’re Mosh
Our mission is to get people the best possible health outcomes through best-in class health programs. We know the current healthcare system is not meeting the needs of the modern people, and we reckon there’s a better, more holistic way. Our solutions for hair loss, sexual health, skin care, mental health and weight management are easy, affordable and completely discreet.
More than a job
There’s nothing better than the feeling that what you’re doing matters and makes a difference. We’re pretty lucky this is the norm and not the exception for us. If you join us you will help keep Mosh’s clinical engine running smoothly by managing daily operational workflows, solving real-time issues, and building the processes that prevent future ones.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives working independently, enjoys resolving issues, and has experience assisting remote teams in a clinical setting. You will collaborate closely with our Clinical Lead and offshore teams to ensure efficient operational workflows and assist with workforce planning.
What you’ll do
On a day to day basis you will:
- Proactively manage reactive situations, such as platform or system issues, to support our team of practitioners.
- Assist with workforce planning and rostering, supporting the Clinical Lead in optimising team coverage.
- Support DVA, GP and mental health claiming processes, working collaboratively with offshore team members.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the Clinical Admin Team, addressing queries and offering operational support.
- Manage and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Deputise for Clinical Services Lead as required during leave coverage.
Experience you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and well-organised. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and general administration tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Experience working in a remote team environment, ideally with offshore staff.
- Clinical background or experience within a healthcare/telehealth setting is highly desirable.
- Workforce planning, rostering, or operational management experience is a strong advantage.
- Background or experience working with DVA and Medicare billing is a strong advantage.
What’s on offer
We hire teammates that share our values, believe in our mission and are passionate about the future of healthcare. Some of the reasons our team loves Mosh include:
- Lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the company with access to on-demand training
- Access to up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Discounts on a range of Mosh products and services
- Two extra days of holiday leave each year
- Two days for purpose leave ( Mental health or L&D)
- Full access to Go1 eLearning platform
- EAP and access to online wellbeing programs
- Classpass credits
- Working with a creative, friendly and collaborative bunch in a dog friendly office
- Making a real, positive impact on the lives of others
Better, together
Everyone is different and we think that’s what makes life interesting. We believe these differences create new ideas, offer unique perspectives and speak on behalf of all of our customers. If you think you have what it takes but don't check all the boxes, reach out anyway - we’d love to hear from you.
P.S. We love a good cover letter. The more you, the better.
