We’re looking for a Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology team, where you’ll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting‑edge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives
What you’ll do:
🔹Contribute to meaningful, lifechanging innovations that improve patient outcomes
🔹Provide in theatre case support to clinicians, delivering high quality in‑ servicing‑, workshops, and training for hospital teams
🔹Maintain deep product and clinical knowledge through ongoing training, delivering a consistently high standard of clinical support and customer experience.
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital staff, identifying opportunities and partnering with the sales teams to support customer needs
🔹Partner with cross functional, high performing teams in a fast-paced environment 🔹Support the broader ANZ Electrophysiology business as needed, while consistently representing Boston Scientific with professionalism and integrity

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a clinically minded professional who is passionate about learning, patient care and building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.
🔹Clinical Experience within healthcare, medical devices or a related environment (Electrophysiology exposure is highly desirable).
🔹Relationship builder, developing trusted, long‑term partnerships with key clinical and hospital stakeholders.
🔹 A self-starter with a growth mindset, bringing curiosity, agility, and continuous learning to develop deep product expertise and keep pace with evolving clinical needs
🔹 Clear and Confident Communicator, capable of planning and prioritizing effectively, working autonomously, and collaborating with high‑performing, cross‑functional teams to support clinicians and achieve shared objectives
