What you will be doing
As the largest Oracle partner in the region, we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Hardware, AI, Sales Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of Oracle’s state-of-the-art cloud solutions, hardware systems, database and AI technologies, helping our customers leverage the power of Oracle’s industry-leading products. With our market-leading position, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions and build relationships with top-tier clients.
What will keep you busy
Sales Development & Strategy:
- Identify and target high-value clients who would benefit from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, hardware solutions, database, and AI products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our leadership in the region, driving revenue and market penetration.
- Leverage the company’s position as the largest regional Oracle partner to build strong sales pipelines and close high-impact deals.
Product Expertise & Consultative Selling:
- Provide expert-level product demonstrations and present the value of Oracle’s cloud technology solutions.
- Understand clients’ unique needs and design tailored solutions that drive their business forward.
- Collaborate with Oracle’s technical teams to deliver customised, scalable solutions that address customer challenges.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and business leaders within target accounts.
- Position yourself and the company as a trusted advisor, leveraging our regional leadership and expertise to support customer success.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits and competitive advantage of Oracle’s offerings.
- Drive negotiations and contract discussions, leveraging our status as the largest Oracle partner to provide clients with value-driven solutions.
- Close sales deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnership opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Partner closely with Oracle’s product management, engineering, and customer support teams to stay ahead of the curve on product advancements and market trends.
- Ensure seamless coordination across internal departments to guarantee smooth execution of post-sale activities and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay informed on regional market trends, Oracle product updates, and the competitive landscape.
- Regularly report on sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and forecasts to management, ensuring alignment with regional growth targets.
The skills you will bring
- Proven track record of success in sales, especially in cloud infrastructure solutions, AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, IT infrastructure, database and AI technologies (Oracle experience is preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), database solutions (e.g., Oracle Database), and Oracle hardware products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, with experience managing C-level and executive relationships.
- A results-driven approach with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation expertise and the ability to close high-value sales opportunities.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
