About the role
We’re seeking two Collaboration Engineers to join our Australian team, based in Melbourne or Sydney on a 6-month contract. These roles require self-sufficient engineers to act as Level 3 experts, focusing on the administration and support of our core platforms. The ideal candidates will have deep technical experience in managing the Cisco ecosystem through Control Hub and performing in-depth platform administration for Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our suite of collaboration tools, focusing on Cisco and Microsoft platforms.
- Provide high-level technical support and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Lead the implementation of new collaboration solutions.
- Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot issues and implement new capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Collaboration Engineer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco collaboration products (Control Hub, Cisco Video Endpoints).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams platform administration.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
