Job Description :
Who are we?
From humble beginnings to extraordinary futures, Diageo is centred on crafting incredible stories of ambitious possibilities. From our iconic global brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Tanqueray and Don Julio, to our local homegrown heroes Bundaberg Rum, Ello and Mr Black, we are a team of pioneers, looking to lead the future of our industry and brands from today. At Diageo, you will be a chosen custodian of our brand portfolio, entrusted with building brands for consumers to celebrate with in the moments that matter. Alongside you will be a group of ambitious, passionate and innovative people, who will help you to achieve extraordinary heights. Together, you will help us create a future worth celebrating.
What will your role be?
If you’re excited by collaboration, motivated by impact, and passionate about turning insight into execution — this is your opportunity to help Diageo deliver exceptional performance today while shaping the future of our supply chain. In this compelling newly created role as our Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting Diageo’s commercial ambition with world-class supply chain execution.
Sitting at the heart of our Supply team, this role bridges Diageo’s internal planning, commercial and supply functions with key external customers, both in the national chains and the independents channel. Through strong partnerships, data-driven insights and best-in-class CPFR practices, you’ll ensure forecasts translate seamlessly into replenishment plans that deliver high service levels, optimised inventory and delighted customers. From shaping collaborative forecasting cadences to resolving execution gaps and unlocking cost-to-serve opportunities, your work will directly impact performance, efficiency and consumer satisfaction across the end-to-end value chain.
Where will you grow in this role?
- Owning and evolving customer collaboration frameworks, building and leading structured CPFR cadences that align forecasts, replenishment plans and execution across short, medium and long-term horizons;
- Partnering closely with customers and Diageo teams to translate commercial strategy, promotions and innovation pipelines into executable supply plans;
- Driving insight-led decision making, identifying trends, risks and opportunities through sell-out, SOH and forecast accuracy analysis — and escalating where execution deviates from plan;
- Shaping supply chain efficiency, supporting inventory optimisation, replenishment frequency, MOQ and SOH target improvements while managing special pack and aged inventory;
- Influencing Diageo’s IBP and innovation agenda, providing critical inputs into forecasting, supply planning, KTP scenarios and route-to-market frameworks;
- Leading continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process enhancements across customer and internal planning touchpoints; and
- Building capability and change momentum, coaching internal cross functional teams and external partners on CPFR principles, tools and standard processes to embed collaboration at scale.
This is a role where critical thinking meets executional excellence — and where your influence is felt across customers, categories and the wider business.
What will you bring to the table?
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- A degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field (APICS / ASCI accreditation highly regarded)
- 3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management or CPFR-focused roles within FMCG or complex customer environments
- Demonstrated expertise in collaborative forecasting and replenishment processes, with the confidence to lead customer-facing planning forums
- Strong analytical capability, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights that improve service, inventory and cost outcomes
- Experience working with SAP / APO, and advanced capability in Excel and PowerPoint to support analysis and storytelling
- Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to align diverse teams and drive shared outcomes
- A consumer- and customer-first approach, with the energy to build trusted relationships and inspire collaboration across organisational boundaries
- High attention to detail, a commitment to data integrity, and the resilience to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
