The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketeer with a passion for training people and simplifying processes to join our Commercial Excellence team at Baxter! As a Commercial Excellence Enablement Manager you will act as an advisor to the commercial business. Reporting to the Snr Manager Commercial Excellence, you will ensure the SalesForce experience and marketing practices are executed in an efficient and productive manner.

In this role you’ll be first point of contact for CRM support and training while working cloesly with Global and local teams to drive the development of SalesForce to enable sales and marketing effectiveness. You will also work closely with the local marketing teams and commercial leaders, on facilitating the annual marketing planning process including campaign management covering segmentation, targeting, campaign management and tracking on SalesForce.

We would prefer that you are based in Sydney, but we will consider applications from candidates based in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging SalesForce training and standard methodologies to new and existing sales and marketing teams using various learning platforms and techniques

  • Manage and monitor customer data within SalesForce, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and security

  • Collaborate with local Sales & Marketing Managers and the Global support team to ensure SalesForce meets the strategic needs of our ANZ business

  • Offer day-to-day technical support and mentorship to SalesForce users in a timely and efficient manner

  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual marketing planning process, working closely with local marketing teams and commercial leaders

  • Build Baxter’s local marketing community to aspire to continuous improvement and development of marketing programmes and capabilities

  • Use your experience in SalesForce campaign management to deliver training on standard methodologies. including segmentation and targeting, campaign management, and tracking in SalesForce.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Insights, or a related fields

  • Proven experience within Marketing working within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries

  • Strong expertise in CMS platforms and data-driven marketing strategies

  • Strategic and creative attitude with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving

  • Proven experience in CRM leadership

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences with a focus on campaign development and performance

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
