Purpose of your role
We are a fast-growing business, and this role plays a key part in delivering commercial analytics and actionable insights to support growth and improve Net Operating Income (NOI). You will work closely with our Global Commercial Finance, FP&A, and Sales teams to enhance reporting, refine performance analysis, and drive strategic decision-making.
As part of the Finance job family, you will help develop and optimize core reporting processes, including partner & client profitability, partner commissions, sales reporting, and commercial performance tracking. Additionally, you will support the launch and expansion of new non-FX products, ensuring the right data-driven insights are in place to inform go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
This role requires a passion for analytics and storytelling with data—transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that guide business strategy. You will need a curious and self-starting mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional MS Excel skills to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations. Experience with SQL and BI tools is a plus but not essential.

What you bring
Financial & Commercial Acumen
- An appropriate university degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance-related functions, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Data, or Analytics.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to interpret key business drivers and provide actionable insights.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Exceptional MS Excel skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
- Experience developing and refining financial and operational reporting frameworks.
- High degree of problem-solving and process excellence, with the ability to simplify complex data.
- Nice to have: Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis, as well as BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to enhance reporting and visualization.
Technical & System Knowledge
- Experience with financial and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Jedox, Essbase or similar).
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard development.
Storytelling & Business Partnering
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
- Strong storytelling with data, using visualizations and insights to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to connect insights across different business segments to provide a holistic view of performance.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving
- Curious and self-starting attitude, with the ability to think fast and proactively identify opportunities.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work autonomously and within a cohesive team.
