In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our high-performing and fast-growing Commercial team, focused on driving growth across unnamed accounts with 500+ employees. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, outbound-focused leader who thrives in the trenches—coaching, motivating, and leading from the front to accelerate results.

With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • Have an inspiring leader persona, focussing teams on a philosophy of sales development & execution through a business outcome & client satisfaction approac

  • Have people management (Manager, Team Lead or Coach) experience in a scale up UCaaS, CCaaS or SaaS environment

  • Have experience within Unified Communications, Cloud Telephony, Video or Web collaboration solutions sales

  • Have experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions in the areas of Digital Workplace Transformation

  • Have experience in sales in partner driven sales organisations; being able to manage a pipeline of direct and channel sales

  • Have expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills are required

  • Be able to Demonstrate excellence in communication & presentations skills with ability to build relevant & strategic messaging
