The role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial team in Oceania. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a passion for AI-driven insights and automated reporting. You will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, streamlining reporting processes, and supporting commercial decisions through data and technology. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this Commercial Pricing Analyst role for our Australian Business has below key areas of focus:
 

Job responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of product pricing, cost structures, and margin performance across all business units to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of pricing and discount structures within SAP, aligning with commercial policies and timelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for customer rebate agreements, including configuration, validation, and payments within SAP.
  • Manage and continuously update the pricing database to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Maintain the Easy Quote Tool to support accurate and efficient quoting.
  • Generate and distribute key commercial reports—including Pricing Movement, BDM Tracker, Sales Order, Billing, Daily Dashboard, Open Order Book, and Stock Status—on a recurring basis to ensure visibility and actionable insights for the commercial team.
  • Administer Customer Joint Marketing Funds and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program reporting to support commercial initiatives and compliance.
  • Complete and Lodge ABS pricing surveys.
  • Support various ad hoc initiatives such as tender management, strategic planning, and commercial process improvements as required.
