This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the Communications Campaign Manager.

In this role, you will execute and report on communication campaigns across various channels including eDM, DM, SMS and outbound calls delivered via our marketing automation and customer communications platforms.

The campaigns ensure all audiences are informed of key updates and changes regarding their relationship with us. This role is crucial to ensuring we remain compliant with our obligations under the PHI Act, as well as ensuring a positive experience, through education and empowerment by providing succinct, accurate and informative communication and collateral.

This function supports Australian Private Health Insurance, International Students and Workers, all white label brands, GU Health, and our Providers.

Let’s talk about you

The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in developing marketing communication campaigns within a structured marketing environment. You have outstanding copywriting skills and a proven ability to plan, execute, and report on effective campaigns.

You are a natural relationship builder, able to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business. You thrive in dynamic environments, comfortably managing shifting priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Strongly desirable skills include:

  • Experience in database marketing

  • Experience in operating and executing communication campaigns using marketing automation or customer communications platforms

  • Knowledge of the Australian financial services / insurance industry
