What we are looking for
Communications & Enablement Lead – Data Safety
The Communications and Enablement for the Data Safety Program is responsible for designing and delivering clear, consistent and compelling communications that articulate the value, outcomes and progress of the Data Safety Program to the wider business. The role plays a critical part in building awareness, understanding and sustained engagement with Data Safety outcomes, ensuring that business leaders and teams understand what has been delivered, why it matters, and how it supports regulatory confidence, customer trust and operational resilience.
- The assignment covers enterprise-wide communications and enablement activities related to the Data Safety Program, including but not limited to:
- - Translation of complex data safety, security and governance initiatives into business-relevant messages and outcomes.
- - Communication of delivered and upcoming Data Safety capabilities to executive, management and frontline audiences.
- - Alignment of Data Safety messaging with strategy, risk appetite, regulatory obligations and customer outcomes.
- - Support for major Data Safety milestones, releases and operating model changes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Communications & Enablement Strategy and Execution
- - Develop and execute a Data Safety Program communications and change plan aligned to program milestones and business priorities.
- - Define clear messaging that articulates Data Safety outcomes in business terms (risk reduction, regulatory confidence, operational efficiency, customer trust).
- - Tailor communications for different audiences, including Executives, Senior Leaders, Risk and Compliance, Technology, and Business Teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- - Partner with Data Safety Stream Leads, Program Leadership and Corporate Affairs to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
