Now Hiring: Communications Manager – Global ERP and Business Transformation Program
 

We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Communications Manager to lead the internal communications strategy for Resmed’s global ERP transformation. This high-visibility role will be critical in helping our employees understand, embrace, and navigate this large-scale, digital business transformation.

As part of the Ignite Program leadership team and a key member of Resmed’s global communications team, you’ll develop and execute strategic, engaging, and impactful communications that support change management and drive global alignment. You’ll work closely with the Change Director and other senior leaders to help employees move through the change curve—ensuring they feel informed, empowered, and ready for what’s next.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for the ERP and business transformation program
  • Craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging that aligns with the company’s vision and the goals of the ERP program
  • Create communication strategies that align with the project management life-cycle to create awareness, build commitment and drive user adoption
  • Develop and refine the program narrative and key messages for different stakeholder groups
  • Create and manage release dates for recurring publications.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
  • Design and execute communication campaigns that foster employee understanding and engagement with the ERP changes
  • Create and distribute materials such as newsletters, emails, videos, and presentations that clearly explain the benefits and impact of the ERP system
  • Design and make compelling use of graphics and visuals to enhance message understanding and simplify consumption.
  • Drive the creation of executive communications and steering committee packs
  • Manage and drive engagement across the program’s social media and intranet sites.
  • Organize and facilitate or lead town halls, Q&A sessions, and other forums to address employee concerns and questions about the ERP transition
  • Use the company’s internal communication platforms (e.g., hub, email, digital signage, Engage, etc.) to ensure timely and effective delivery of ERP-related information
  • Stay flexible and innovative, responding quickly to evolving business needs and program milestones.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and the integration partner to ensure program communications align with business goals.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, with a strong focus on change management and large-scale digital or business transformation programs.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to create high-impact communication strategies.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills (PowerPoint mastery required!).
  • Experience working with integration partners to align communication strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while maintaining clarity and focus.
  • Confidence in engaging and presenting to senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams globally
