As Marketing Campaign Review Manager - Marketing Operations, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, brand, communications and corporate affairs, playing a critical role in ensuring customer‑facing campaigns are both impactful and compliant. You’ll partner with teams from the earliest stages of a campaign brief, helping shape messaging and creative concepts with a strong understanding of objectives, brand standards and regulatory obligations.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide campaigns through approval and governance processes, working closely with legal and compliance to identify and manage risk while maintaining commercial momentum. With a broader view of legal liabilities and regulatory requirements than most marketing or product roles, you’ll help teams navigate complexity, resolve issues pragmatically and deliver high‑quality outcomes that stand up to external scrutiny.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Marketing, Brand, Product, Customer and Corporate Affairs to support end‑to‑end campaign delivery
  • Engage from campaign brief through to final approval, ensuring alignment to objectives, brand and risk appetite
  • Review and obtain approval on creative assets, coordinating legal and compliance review
  • Provide clear recommendations to ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements, legal obligations and policy standards
  • Facilitate effective conversations between marketing teams, legal and compliance to resolve issues efficiently
  • Apply sound judgement to proactively identify, assess and mitigate potential campaign risks

What we’re looking for

  • Experience across marketing, brand, communications or corporate affairs in a regulated environment
  • Proven understanding of regulatory frameworks, legal risk and approval governance for customer communications
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders with competing priorities, including senior marketing, legal and compliance partners
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with brand integrity and risk management
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally suited to someone with Line 1 experience ready to step into a broader, more risk‑focused role

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance
  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
  • An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
