About the role:

The purpose of this role is to support the business in achieving its objectives by developing and executing effective internal and external communication strategies. This involves ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging to both internal stakeholders (employees, leadership) and external audiences (customers, partners, media), in alignment with the company's goals and values."

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Communication Strategies: Create tailored communication plans for major projects and initiatives and engaging content for delivery across company-wide internal and external communications channels.

Develop and Write Tenders: Create comprehensive and compelling tenders for new business opportunities. This involves researching, drafting, and tailoring proposals that align with potential clients' needs and company capabilities.

Content Creation: Write, design, and develop engaging content across various channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, presentations etc.) as well as edit and assess material, and provide constructive feedback and advice

Agent Award Nominations: Draft, review and edit nominations for final lodgement standard as well as work with internal stake holders to identify nominees, meet with nominees, coordinate nominee and nominator filming and submit final nominations.

Innovation: Find creative and innovative ways to engage employees and keep them informed on important company updates and messages.

Brand and Culture Alignment: Actively contribute to embedding the company’s values and culture through communication efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership and teams to ensure the flow of information is clear, consistent, and effective.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to understand their communication needs and tailor content accordingly.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Creative Design: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce visually appealing materials.

Employee Engagement: Experience in driving employee engagement through effective internal communication practices.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear communication strategies.

Experience in Internal Communications: Prior experience in internal communications roles, particularly in global organizations, is a plus.
