About the role:  
We're seeking a Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional concierge-style experiences onsite for our multinational alcoholic beverage client. As the vital first impression and go-to problem-solver, you'll master everything from access control and meeting room coordination to mail management and event support. Transform everyday workplace interactions into memorable experiences through face-to-face service.
 
Responsibilites will include:  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees whilst building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders 

  • Conduct building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to  regional offices  

  • Manage meeting room bookings and set ups 

  • Provide comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handling 

  • Oversee daily mail operations, package management and office inventory 

  • Coordinator vendor relationships, work orders and service provider for maintenance, cleaning and office operations 

  • Act as key liaison for all catering and event related queries 

  • Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, offsite storage and mobile phone administrations 

  • Ensure office safety 

 
The successful candidate will have: 

  • Prior customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar client-facing industries 

  • Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette  

  • Expert multitasking capabilities with strong prioritisation and scheduling skills 

  • Fast learner with genuine eagerness to develop and grow
