We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our ANZ Risk & Compliance team.

In this role, you'll support the effective operation of the ANZ Compliance Program by helping monitor regulatory developments, maintaining compliance processes and records, conducting compliance monitoring activities, and producing reporting that supports effective compliance management across the business.

A role you will love

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the ANZ Compliance Program and assisting the wider ANZ Risk & Compliance team in meeting regulatory obligations. You'll help maintain compliance records and reporting, undertake monitoring activities, support regulatory communications, and contribute to projects that strengthen Computershare's compliance framework.

Some key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments from regulators and industry bodies across Australia and New Zealand. 

• Prepare regulatory updates, guidance and compliance communications for stakeholders. 

• Maintain compliance registers, trackers, calendars and records. 

• Conduct routine compliance monitoring and testing activities. 

• Analyse compliance, operational and risk data to identify trends and areas requiring attention. 

• Produce compliance reports, management information and governance reporting. 

• Support complaints, incidents, breaches and regulatory enquiry management activities. 

• Prepare regulatory submissions, presentations and committee papers. 

• Assist with audits, reviews, regulatory change projects and ad hoc compliance initiatives. 

• Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to promote compliance awareness and support timely information sharing.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience within financial services, ideally gained in compliance, risk, governance, regulatory affairs or reporting functions. 

• Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements and compliance obligations. 

• Knowledge of AFSL obligations, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and risk management frameworks. 

• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
