主な業務内容：• Global teamおよび社内関連部門と協業し, プロジェクトの予算, 見積, コスト計画をタイムリーに作成• レビューします• Project進行に伴う予算確保の為のFunding requestの資料作成を行います• 発注処理及び検収処理を行います• 発注済金額, 実績コスト, コミットメント, 未発注残, 変更見込およびリスクを継続的に管理します• 生成AIやデータ分析ツールを活用し, コスト分析, Forecast, レポート作成, プロジェクト管理および意思決定の質向上に貢献します• Change Order, Variation, 等の変更事項について, 契約上の根拠, 数量, 単価, 工程影響およびコスト影響を確認します• 月次Forecast, Estimate at Completion, Cash Flowおよび予算差異を確認し, 必要な更新を行います• プロジェクトの進捗状況, コスト, 変更, リスクおよび課題を毎週追跡し, 関係者へ報告します• 生成AIやデータ分析ツールを活用し, コスト分析, Forecast, レポート作成, プロジェクト管理および意思決定の質向上に貢献します
