About the role

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney

As a Consultant in the Advisory team, you will work with diverse teams and build strong and trusted customer relationships at the appropriate level. You will be advising and working with clients' senior leaders and their teams in using Orgvue through your experience in business transformations and organisation design, and will require an appetite for new thinking, application of methodologies and analytical tools.

By understanding business needs and challenges, you will transform business operating models with the latest analytical tools and techniques. This role is based at our APAC satellite office in Sydney.

What you will be doing

  • Be part of our engagement team to advise customers on how to approach organisation and workforce planning related challenges, and guide long-term capability development with Orgvue.
  • Deliver advisory projects that includes implementing technical data architecture solutions, designing and building insightful analytics dashboards and visualisations and working with our customers to help build their Organisational Planning & Analysis (OP&A) capabilities.
  • Conduct Data-Driven Organisational Design (DDOD) by delivering analytical insights on the current business through data capture, analysis and storytelling and supporting our customers in tracking and monitoring changes to their workforce over time.
  • Advise and train customers on how they can best utilise Orgvue to deliver operational and strategic business objectives.
Requirements

What we look for:

  • Minimum 1 year of consulting experience, working for a consulting firm with a focus on Human Capital Management, Organisation Design, Transformations, Workforce Planning or People Analytics.
  • Experience working with organisations on business transformational initiatives, including M&A, cost reductions, operating model redesign, or other large-scale functional or enterprise initiatives – and/or experience defining and implementing technology-led business solutions with large enterprises.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You accept responsibility well, and work well in a tight-knit team with a shared vision for growing the APAC market and customers.
  • You want to make a fundamental difference to some of the largest organisations and household names across APAC.
  • You really enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • You have a strong personal communication style with a strong ability to present oral and written information clearly and concisely, ensuring others understand your ideas.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Organisational Psychology, Information Sciences, or other related Business disciplines.
  • Data analysis skills essential; knowledge of statistics modelling is preferred.
  • Experience with analytics tool such as Tableau, SQL, R, Python or MATLAB is a plus.
  • Experience using orgvue is a plus.
