Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for high-value enterprise customers. Build C-level relationships, identify expansion opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and position Atlassian solutions against customer objectives. Coordinate cross-functional and channel teams, manage executive escalations, forecast sales performance, maintain CRM metrics, conduct market research, and close strategic opportunities. The role includes mentoring junior sales staff and traveling for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Build and improve core AI and machine learning infrastructure enabling teams to develop, train, evaluate, deploy, and operate ML models and pipelines. Design scalable distributed systems, support end-to-end ML lifecycles, implement MLOps automation, collaborate with product engineering teams, lead projects from design through launch, review code, document solutions, and mentor junior engineers. Work may include dataset curation, LLM fine-tuning, model serving, monitoring, and generative AI systems.

Leads Atlassian’s partner and alliances strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and India. The role manages a six-person team, recruits and activates enterprise partners, drives co-selling and pipeline performance, expands India’s partner-led route to market, and strengthens existing ecosystem contribution. It requires executive-level commercial leadership, market expertise, partner development, forecasting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, marketing, and field teams.
