Reporting to the Senior Platform Consultant, in this role as Consultant you will be responsible for executing, the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual Digital’s platform product suite including systems integration, overall performance, and great client experience.
About the Role
Join Perpetual Digital as a Consultant in our Platform team, where you’ll play a key role in onboarding clients onto our innovative digital products. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration, deliver a great client experience, and support continuous product and process improvement.
In this role, you will:

Lead and manage client onboarding projects from initiation to completion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration

Gather and analyse client requirements and feedback to improve offerings

Prepare user guides, status reports, and internal process documentation
-
Support client testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution
-
Contribute to product enhancement and development discussions

Interpret client data to identify issues and propose improvements
-
Recommend process and system improvements for better efficiency

About you
We’re looking for someone with:

Tertiary qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other relevant numerate degree

2+ years' experience in Securitisation, Trust Management or Treasury with strong existing relationships within the securitisation market

Experience with industry relevant digital platforms and platform development will be highly regarded
-
Intermediate to Advance skills in Excel, demonstrating an ability to analyse data quickly and draw conclusions

Working knowledge of SQL and statistical programs (such as R)

Previous experience in customer relationship management and ability to influence stakeholder with diverse points of views

Experience in working in an agile product team with solid understanding of business needs and focusing on customers beyond the technical outputs and reports

Strong organisational skills and able to apply a methodical, considered approach to developing onboarding plans and working with clients during this phase

Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
