OVERVIEW:
This role is an industry expert in Skills and Learning and will play a critical role in shaping and executing on the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and enabling our sales team to succeed. Reporting to the Global SVP Technology Solutions Consultants, this role will lead the development and deployment of innovative learning products and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customer base. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with deep industry knowledge, a passion for education, and a track record of driving business growth through strategic positioning with our buyers.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through value.
- Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert to key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead the creation of case studies, success stories, and thought leadership content to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing solutions squad team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset within the wider Sales organization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create and execute impactful GTM plays.
- Provide input to enablement materials, sales collateral, and product demonstrations to support the sales process and build increased solutions sales capability at scale
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company’s reach and impact and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the skills and learning industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of the skills and learning landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership, team management, and driving business growth through GTM strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on learners and organizations.
