We are seeking a Consultant Team Leader to manage our high-performing, outbound appointment setting team. You’ll lead a 30-person team across local and offshore offices, driving daily performance, coaching live calls, and ensuring quality appointments for our sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a structured, high-activity sales environment.
 

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 30 outbound Consultants (local and offshore)
  • Run daily huddles and roleplays to energise and align the team
  • Coach live calls and deliver real-time performance feedback
  • Conduct fortnightly 1:1s with team members for development
  • Drive KPI accountability and maintain consistent team activity
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve conversion and performance
  • Maintain a visible presence and ownership across the sales floor

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing outbound sales or contact centre teams of 20+
  • Strong background in appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing
  • Skilled in coaching, KPI tracking, and live performance management
  • High-energy, structured leader who leads from the front
  • Committed to team development and achieving business goals
  • Able to address underperformance while scaling excellence

 Work Environment
  1. Full-time, Monday to Friday in our Sydney CBD office (on-site only)
