IQVIA is currently recruiting for a Consultant to join IQVIA's Channel Dynamics team.

Location: Hybrid - Sydney

Type: Permanent full time

At IQVIA’s Channel Dynamics team, we set the gold standard in providing strategic data and insights on promotional and sales force effectiveness. Our team collaborates closely with IQVIA’s Real-World Solutions division, delivering connected intelligence through integrated data and research services. As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in project delivery and client relationships.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client strengths and weaknesses in the promotional landscape.
  • Develop and present client deliverables, tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Lead client relationships at nominated accounts, ensuring top-notch project delivery, service excellence and identifying new leads and opportunities.
  • Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance your knowledge of market research, consulting methodologies, and the life sciences industry through hands-on engagements and learning opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality of insights and develop new offerings and services.
  • Expand your understanding of IQVIA’s business and portfolio.

Qualifications and required skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (Master's) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong command of analytical and market research techniques, with expertise in quantitative research methodologies and syndicated research approaches being advantageous.
  • Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to build a long-term career in the life sciences or health services industries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload with minimal guidance.
  • Willingness to work effectively with others across the organization to achieve team goals.
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent IT literacy (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Permanent working/resident rights in Australia (PR or Citizen).
