Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economics, finance, business administration, or engineering, with a master's degree in strategy, transformation, or MBA. This role is crucial in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and driving business development.

Responsibilities:

Customer Commitment and Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients, often in complex and high-risk situations.

Leadership and Project Management:

  • Lead multiple project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Development:

  • Drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer engagement.
  • Develop proposals and offer consulting services to potential clients in partnership with the commercial team.

Intellectual Leadership:

  • Contribute to the company's knowledge base by developing new methodologies, tools, and knowledge.
  • Implement automation and standardization of consulting and market research workflows in partnership with solutions and product teams.

Team Development and Mentoring:

  • Mentor and coach consultants and managers, promoting their growth and professional development.
  • Work with the talent team to hire new consultants.
  • Oversee performance reviews and career progression of team members.

Strategic Planning:

  • Participate in the strategic planning and direction of the firm.
  • Contribute to decision-making on key issues such as market expansion, service offering, and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • English (C1/native), conversational Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in managing clients and consulting projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.

What We Offer:

  • $50,000 to $80,000, depending on experience.
  • Option for Compensation in Company’s equity.
