Our role:

We are looking for a Consulting Manager to lead a team of consultants and test analysts delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.

A day in your role:

  • Lead and develop your team -Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to consultants and test analysts, building a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Ensure successful project delivery - Work closely with Services Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects are well resourced, delivered successfully, and meet utilisation targets.
  • Build trusted customer relationships - Maintain strong engagement with customers, acting as an escalation point when required and supporting long-term partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement - Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and methods while promoting consistency and best practice across consulting engagements.
  • Support pre-sales and service evolution - Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams by providing delivery insights, effort estimates, and contributing to proposals and service improvements.
  • Reporting & Performance Insights - Partner with the Services Director to coordinate key reporting and operational metrics, providing insights that support delivery performance, resource planning, and continuous improvement

Your skills, experience and beyond:

    • Experience leading consulting or professional services teams

    • Strong people leadership and coaching capability

    • Excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management

    • Ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate delivery teams

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

    • A passion for high-quality delivery and customer success
