The Central Operations team with Consumer & Decision Sciences team focuses on Consumer Insights programs that leverage size and scale across brands. The focus is on primary research tracking studies and includes primary research ad-hoc projects, secondary research, vendor management, and IT engagement. The Co-Op will focus their time on the CX post-transaction study reporting, analytics, and roadmap management. Specifically, identifying opportunities for enhanced reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20

Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data sets, uncover trends and learnings
- Experience with power-point and storytelling to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Must be organized, data-driven, and consumer focused
- Quantitative survey research is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively
