At ING, we do banking differently. We’re a human, challenger brand focused on making money simpler and more relevant for Australians. Our marketing is known for being distinctive, insight‑led and genuinely useful—and we’re always evolving how we connect with customers through ideas, media and partnerships that cut through.
To support this ambition, we’ve created a new role: Consumer Media Expert – Campaign Lead. This role is about shaping proactive, campaign‑led communications that bring brand and product together through strong storytelling and smart media choices. You’ll focus on how our messages live in culture—across platforms, partnerships and content—building impact through integration rather than isolated activity.
It’s a strategic role for someone who thrives on connecting brand and product stories through campaigns, media and partnerships, and who’s excited by the opportunity to think big about how ING shows up in the world.
Ready to make an impact?
What you’ll do
- Design and lead integrated communications strategies that connect brand and product marketing into one cohesive story
- Bring campaigns to life across TV, social, radio, partnerships and emerging media—ensuring brand and product work together seamlessly

What we’re looking for
- Exceptional media or communications strategy background, with experience in integrated campaigns
- Proven ability to connect brand storytelling with product propositions
- Experience developing ideas across TV, digital, social and partnerships
- Strategic thinker who thrives on new media ideas and innovative execution
- Comfortable working in complex, cross‑functional environments
- Experience in regulated or complex categories (e.g. financial services) is advantageous
What’s in it for you?
- Discounted ING Health Insurance
- An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
- An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
