Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and triage all incoming Contact Centre calls and emails, delivering professional and timely customer support

  • Create, process, and update incident requests across multiple ERP systems and customer portals

  • Process Repair Centre documentation, ensuring all repair forms are completed accurately and efficiently

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Contact Centre and complete all administrative tasks for the Field Service team

  • Collate and distribute weekly and monthly incident reports to internal stakeholders and external customers, escalating Priority 1 issues promptly

  • Liaise with technicians, customers, and the Field Service Manager regarding incident updates

  • Perform Safety Administration duties, including updating contractor and staff portals and monitoring the safety inbox daily

  • Support general administration functions, assist with internal reporting, and provide back-up support to the broader Administration Team when required

About the Role

Based at our Head Office in Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contact Centre Administrator to join our Customer Service Division. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for handling calls and emails, processing incident requests, and providing essential support to both the Contact Centre and wider Administration teams.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally while engaging with customers and colleagues across the business.

You bring a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team and take initiative in managing your responsibilities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills – phone, written, and face-to-face

  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively within a team

  • Experience using multiple ERP systems (desirable)
