We’re looking for a Content and Learning Specialist to create and deliver engaging, high quality learning experiences that support our clients in getting the most out of our products.
This role blends content creation, instructional design and delivery, working across digital platforms to drive adoption, engagement and advocacy across our client base.
Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in
Creating and developing engaging learning content across digital platforms
Designing course outlines, workbooks, presentations and trainer materials
Delivering virtual training sessions and webinars to scale client engagement
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and shape content accordingly
Reviewing insights and performance data to continuously improve learning experiences
Maintaining learning content libraries and supporting CPD accreditation requirements
Staying up to date with product enhancements and relevant regulatory changes
Supporting internal teams with best practices for content creation and delivery
Managing and maintaining training platforms, including Xplan environments
Supporting client and user training-related enquiries
What you will bring
Experience creating and delivering learning content across digital or learning platforms
Strong instructional design and content development capability
Experience within financial services (highly regarded)
Familiarity with Xplan (preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, ownership driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
