The Content Coordinator will edit and create platform-specific content across social media and podcasts, ensuring quality and alignment with brand voice while engaging with audiences and managing content schedules.
The Role:
The Lazy CEO is searching for a detail-driven Content Coordinator to refine and elevate the brand’s voice. This role focuses on platform specific content editing, ensuring every piece, from social media to podcasts, meets the highest standards. With a sharp editorial eye and a passion for storytelling, you’ll shape raw ideas into compelling, high-quality content that aligns with the brand vision. This is a fast-paced role where precision, creativity, and a keen eye for detail will make all the difference.
Day to day, you will:
- Platform-Specific Editing/Content Creation
- Edit content tailored to each platform (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts), ensuring it aligns with trends and best practices.
- Encompass the ‘voice of the brand’ through storytelling on all social media assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in video editing and social media content.
- Write engaging, well-structured scripts for podcasts that align with the tone, audience, and objectives.
- Podcast Editing
- Create engaging, high-quality podcast snippets that drive engagement and shareability.
- Content Scheduling & Posting
- Manage the timely posting of content across multiple platforms, including outside of standard work hours.
- Community Engagement
- Actively monitor and engage with audiences in the comment section to build community and boost interaction.
- Flexibility
- Flexible to work with different areas of the business as needed
Who are we looking for?:
- Experience in social media content editing
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for engaging, visually appealing content
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Capcut) and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
