About Chatbase

Chatbase is the AI agent platform powering millions of customer conversations for 10,000+ of the most recognizable brands and companies across the world.

We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing quickly. There is no better time to join.

How we work

→ High ownership, high output. Everyone on the team owns outcomes end-to-end. We work best with individuals who are precise, fast, and great at unblocking themselves.

→ Critical feedback is a gift. We give feedback directly and receive it without ego. It's how we get better.

→ Customer-obsessed. We make an effort to understand our customers and relentlessly deliver value to them.

About the role

Our product has been evolving faster than our ability to show the world what it can do. Some of the best capabilities we've shipped haven't had their moment to shine yet. Your job is to change that. This is a product marketing role focused on content creation. You'll work closely with our product team, push new features to their limits, and turn what you build into content that gets people excited about what's possible.

You'll own the process from finding an interesting use case to building it, telling the story, and getting it in front of the right people. We want someone who loves making things and knows how to make others care.

What you'll do

→ Build compelling AI agents, demos, and workflows with Chatbase that show what's possible.

→ Turn those projects into product videos, tutorials, social posts, and launch content.

→ Work closely with product and engineering to understand what's shipping and come up with interesting ways to showcase it

→ Translate technical capabilities into clear stories about what customers can accomplish.

→ Talk to customers to uncover useful applications and stories worth sharing.

→ Experiment with formats and distribution, learn what drives engagement and product adoption, and use that to improve your next piece.

Who we're looking for

→ You're AI-pilled. You actively try new tools, build things with them, and have opinions about what works.

→ You make things and share them. You have projects or content you can show us, whether from work or your own curiosity.

→ You're a strong storyteller who can make a complex feature easy to understand and exciting to use.

→ You're comfortable getting hands-on with a product and figuring things out independently.

Logistics

This role is in-office, five days a week, in downtown Toronto. We offer generous equity.
