You’ll be working with our network of creative agencies, managing influencer relationships, and being the eyes and ears for all things pop culture. You’ll lead shoots for social content and work with the wider BWS team to pitch creative ideas.

But you’re not just briefing the pros, you are the pro. When a trend breaks, you’re already on CapCut, filming a BTS at a Cool Room event, or even jumping on camera yourself to make sure BWS is first to the punch. You know how to make lo-fi look high-tier.

Oh... and the memes! Yep, you get to make memes for work. (How good.) But, it’s not all pop culture and TikTok tracks. You’ll also be diving deep into data, trends, and insights to compile and present reports to the wider team.

You’ll be key in maintaining a consistent voice across digital platforms, optimising content, managing projects from start to finish, and implementing your insights to elevate our socials.
