About the role 
 

We’re seeking a Contract Analyst to support the effective management of contracts within the ROAD contract portfolio, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day administration.

 

You’ll join an innovative team who work collaboratively to deliver best-practice contract and supplier management, underpinned by integrity, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder relationships.

 

As our Contract Analyst, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that support the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging, and rewarding work.

 

Day-to-day, you will: 
 

·       Manage and maintain contract documentation, registers, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·       Manage the end-to-end process of contractor payment claims, including reviews, documentation, and record-keeping.

·       Coordinate contract compliance activities and maintain related registers.

·       Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and routine/ad-hoc reports.

·       Track and report on contract spend, payment status, and key performance metrics.

·       Develop and drive data visualisation for operational usage, to ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate and up-to-date information for informed decision making.

·       Schedule and coordinate contractual meetings, including minute-taking.

·       Support the Contract Management Team in improving contract and supplier management processes.

·       Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and efficiencies in contract administration.

 

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including: 
 

·       Proven experience managing and maintaining accurate contract documentation, registers, and payment claims.

·       Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

·       Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Experience monitoring contract performance metrics and preparing concise, clear reports.

·       Proficiency in contract management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management tools.
