About the team:
The Coupang Eats UX team is growing, and we’re looking for people who are passionate about writing for a global audience. Content plays a critical role in our success and is important to our product development. As a content strategist on the Eats team, you’ll shape product strategy and define how we communicate with our users: customers, delivery partners and merchants.

The role:
We’re looking for a Content Strategist to support the Eats platform. As Eats has grown, it has required us to redesign a lot of our apps and tools used every day by our customers. The Content Strategist is responsible for the voice of the company, and their tasks will range from providing UX writing and content for our products and services. You will also present communication strategies across various user touchpoints and contribute to improving the user experience and achieving business goals.
What You Will Do:
Create easy-to-understand and concise content across multiple products
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, product owners, and engineers
Provide content strategy insights and UX Writing throughout product development to enhance user experience and maintain platform consistency
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy
Proficient in English (language) at a native level
Solid history of creating product content, with strong editing abilities
Solid understanding of UX design fundamentals and interaction patterns
Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating professional writing skills, including UX writing, copywriting, and content creation
