What’s the role?

We're looking for a skilled Associate Renewals Manager to join our JAPAC team! As an Associate Renewals Manager, you will take charge of managing all assigned small business customer contracts within the ANZ region. This pivotal role involves direct communication with customers and internal teams to ensure the resolution of customer inquiries and successful execution of contract renewals with an expansion focus. Your expertise will contribute to maximising customer investments with HubSpot and driving business excellence.

What will you do?

  • Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes for all assigned customer contracts, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries and timely renewals via video-meetings, emails & phone calls. 
  • Work collaboratively with sales, customer success and billing teams to grow accounts and drive incremental product expansion opportunities
  • Process Improvement: Advocate for the growth of our Contract Management Organisation by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks.
  • Operational Intelligence: Participate in forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews to align strategies with organisational objectives.

Who are you?

  • Prior experience in contract management, renewal management, account management/ a retention-focused customer service role, or sales.
  • Passionate about crafting superior customer experiences.
  • A problem-solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and creativity.
  • Adept in negotiation with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workspace.
