About the Role

Freedom Property Investors is Australia’s #1 property investment group, helping everyday Australians. As Contracts Team Leader at Freedom Property Investors, you’ll own the full contract lifecycle—from Expression of Interest (EOI) through to deposit paid—and lead a high-performing onshore and offshore team. You’ll ensure documentation accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and process excellence across our property deals.

Responsibilities

Lead Contract Lifecycle: Verify EOIs, request and review contracts, manage signing sessions, and track deposits
Team Leadership: Coach and manage EOI Officers, Contract Signing Specialists, DocuSign Admins, and more
Operational Management: Run daily workflows, team training, CRM oversight, and live deal tracking
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with brokers, SMSF providers, conveyancers, developers, and Property Strategists.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience with property contracts, settlements, or legal documentation
Proven team-management skills, including onshore and offshore coordination
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication (phone, Zoom, email)
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and live deal management
