THE ROLE

Indie Campers is expanding its capabilities in financial visibility and control, by joining a dedicated team to bridge accounting and business information in our APAC region. Through accurate financial planning, analysis, reporting and process controlling to accelerate management decisions.

As a Controller Associate, you will be responsible for the support when guaranteeing budget guidelines are being executed as defined, creating a strategy and framework for controlling, helping define the roadmap and interactions with various stakeholders, helping creating an effective reporting structure that provides recurrent and accurate financial visibility to the relevant stakeholders and delivers recommendations for costs and process improvements.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Participate in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels on business operations to achievement of targets, with special focus on fleet services and operational costs;
  • Periodic verification of accounting entries to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity, acting as a bridge between business teams and accounting;
  • Support to provide management with accurate financial information and recommendations of initiatives for process and cost improvements;
  • Monitoring business activity and project execution through KPIs;
  • Perform cost and business analysis vs budget and projections;
  • Control the budget execution through approval of PO and invoices.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are fluent in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering;
  • You have minimum 3 years of working experience, with experience in a company with physical operations (plus);
  • You have a background in consultancy, preferably doing Auditing at an Accounting Firm, and you're currently in charge of business controlling or FP&A for your current company (plus).
