We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.

The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.

They are seeking a visionary COO to architect and scale the DeFi ecosystem. You will be the "engine room" of the project, turning complex decentralized protocols into a thriving, globally recognized ecosystem. This is a role for a growth-obsessed leader who understands that in Web3, community and liquidity.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Design and execute the roadmap for ecosystem expansion, ensuring company becomes a primary hub for DeFi activity.
  •  Identify and secure Tier-1 strategic alliances with other protocols, VCs, and institutional liquidity providers.
  • Oversee high-impact marketing and community initiatives to drive Total Value Locked (TVL) and user acquisition.
  •  Build and manage high-performing remote/local teams across marketing, BD, and operations.
Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of deep immersion in the Web3 space with a demonstrable track record in DeFi.
  • You have successfully scaled a protocol or platform from early stage to market leader.
  • Experience reporting to executive boards or top-tier management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
