The Role

We’re seeking to engage a detail-oriented Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Communications & Branding Team. Based in Sydney & hybrid in nature, you’ll be responsible for coordinating internal and external communications and marketing initiatives for our business. In addition to this, you’ll also provide a broad range of general administration support and events coordination within the Corporate & Internal Communications team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in developing content for and implementing individual campaigns with clear milestones, action plans and deliverables;
  • Maintains effective content and delivery of company communications across all channels;
  • Assists with developing and managing communication templates, materials and tools to store centrally;
  • Assists with reviewing communications messages in accordance with Sector Governance Strategy;
  • Assists with fact checking, proof reading, user testing and quality checking prior distribution or production;
  • Assists with event coordination and relevant pre and post event communications.
  • Assist with implementing effective internal and external distribution of campaigns and initiatives within timeframe and budget constraints;
  • Develop relevant project management plans and promotional material to support initiatives and campaigns;
  • Support the marketing and communications team in the delivery of marketing and communication solutions in line with business strategy

About You

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related discipline
  • Prior experience in support in developing communication materials
  • Highly developed administration & coordination skills;
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • To be highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Willingness to learn and further develop your skillset
