Job Description

As a Uniform Services Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our Uniforms Department - ensuring Qantas employees across the business are professionally outfitted and consistently meet company grooming standards. From pilots to engineers, cabin crew to customer contact teams, you’ll support our people with uniform distribution, fittings, and service.

In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining exceptional customer service across both face-to-face interactions and online queries, while ensuring all uniform policies such as entitlements, sizing, alterations, and fair wear and tear are correctly applied and communicated. Please note this role is 25 hours per week, Mon - Fri, with rosters provided two weeks in advance. 

You’ll have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Thorough understanding of company grooming standards
  • A commitment to high standards and professionalism
  • Previous experience in retail, uniforms, or the clothing industry
