Job Description

Join us at Landsdale OSHClub, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!  This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours. We are looking for an ACEQA qualified Coordinator to lead the team alternatively, this could be well suited to a qualified and experienced Educator looking for that step up. 

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-8:30am (Rise then Shine) 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play) 7:00am - 6:00pm (School Holiday Program)

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. 
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 

With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
