About the location:

Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. About the role

Answers and directs phone calls, take reservation inquiries, in room dining order taking, HotSOS requests, email and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

What you will do

Ability to understand and have full knowledge of Hotel Information (Hotel information, Four Seasons information.

ホテル情報(ホテル情報、フォーシーズンズ情報など)を理解し、熟知すること。

 

Utilizes and ensures proper working condition of the telephone switchboard, the hotel computer systems (e.g. property management, paging and radio systems), high-speed Internet system and facsimile machines.

スイッチボード、ホテルコンピューターシステム(例:プロパティマネジメント、無線システム)、高速インターネットシステム、ファクシミリを活用・管理する。

 

Developing guest connection and gain feedback from the guest regarding their overall stay or specific issue in particular then actively seeking solution to resolve the problem

ゲストとのつながりを築き、滞在全般や問題点についてゲストからフィードバックをいただく。問題に対して前向きに取り組み解決を図る。

 

Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.

Develop healthy and happy relation with another Core team member in particular and all hotel employee in general

What you bring

Require knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office S, Opera and other technology required base on Four Seasons requirement.

コンピューター機器、Microsoft Office Suite、Opera、HotSOS、GRMS、モバイルアプリ、スイッチボード、メッセンジャー等、フォーシーズンズアプリケーションの知識および操作能力が必要とされる。

Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports 報告書を作成し、提出するための優れた文章力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力

Ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese and other foreign    language are preferable.

•    Full time (Regular)
