At Ecolab, we’re more than a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies. We’re a company driven by people who want to make a positive difference — protecting businesses, customers, and the environment. Our Pest Elimination Division delivers smart, innovative solutions that create safer, healthier places to live and work.

Now, we’re inviting you to bring your creativity, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking to a career where you can grow, lead, and see your impact.

About the Role:

You’ll be the go-to partner for some of Australia’s most recognised businesses — helping them solve challenges and build safer, pest-free environments. As a Corporate Account Manager, you’ll have the chance to build powerful connections, provide expertise as a trusted advisor and drive meaningful results.

This role isn’t just about numbers; it’s about using your voice, ideas, and insights to create solutions that truly matter. You’ll have the freedom to think big, act strategically, and work alongside supportive colleagues who value your perspective.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building trusting relationships with new clients, listening deeply to their needs, and tailoring solutions that make their businesses stronger.

  • Identifying high-potential accounts and industries, then using your problem-solving mindset to open doors and win new opportunities.

  • Working closely with our cross-functional teams — from operations to technical experts — to create custom solutions that deliver real impact.

  • Leading business reviews and helping clients uncover opportunities for improvement, while celebrating their successes.

  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors, so you can spot opportunities before they appear on anyone else’s radar.

  • Developing strategic account plans that not only meet targets but also create long-term partnerships.

  • Championing safety and compliance, ensuring we protect both people and the environment.

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need to tick every box — we want to support your growth and development. If you’re passionate about building relationships, growing accounts, and finding innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.

Our ideal person will bring:

  • A strategic mindset with a natural ability to influence and deliver results.

  • Some experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development — or a strong willingness to learn and grow into this space.

  • Confident communication skills — you’re comfortable presenting your ideas and negotiating with decision-makers.

  • A desire to connect with people, attend industry events, and build your professional network.

Why Ecolab?

At Ecolab, your ideas and perspective matter. You’ll join a team that celebrates diverse ways of thinking, provides world-class training, and supports your career growth at every step.

You’ll be part of a company that:

  • Empowers you to make a real difference for customers and communities.

  • Offers mentorship and development programs designed to help you grow into leadership roles.

  • Values work-life balance and recognises your achievements.

Some of the benefits you could enjoy:

  • Purchased Additional Annual Leave option and MY Days bonus leave program

  • Rewarding Bonus and Incentive programs

  • Attractive Staff Product Discounts

  • Access to the Ecolab holiday house in Lake Taupo NZ

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
