An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Organisational Development team at Ray White Corporate. Based in Sydney, in the heart of the Ray White head office, the Corporate Communications Coordinator will be a key stakeholder contributing to our employee engagement and internal communications strategy.

While this role sits separate from our Marketing and Communications team, the Organisational Development team is responsible for key communication within the corporate team. Your elevated skills in copywriting and experience with corporate communication will be crucial to ensuring consistency, professionalism and engagement across all communications outputs.

Reporting to the Corporate Relations Manager, you will support initiatives across the organisation covering learning and development, corporate events and wellbeing and culture. Your adaptability and enthusiasm both as a communicator and team member are paramount, with day-to-day tasks spanning from scheduling communications plans to drafting specialised wellbeing content. This role requires a fast-learner with a can-do attitude and highly proactive approach.
Duties and Responsibilities

Objectives of this role

This role is designed to support the Corporate Relations Manager, while the Head of Organisational Development is on maternity leave. This role will support the facilitation and coordination of group projects and initiatives ensuring they’re well communicated across the Ray White corporate team.  

What you’ll do:

The primary focus of this role is the planning and development of internal communications, supporting the delivery of our various L&D programs and supporting the CRM and OD team with driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives across the corporate team as part of Ray White’s Wellbeing Program - Together.

  • Support the organisation and communication of internal monthly corporate update 
  • Draft communications and training material for corporate training programs such as the Growth Program and Leading People program
  • Manage content on the Together platform (internal intranet) ensuring it is updated regularly and improvements are continuously made to ensure there is maximum engagement across the corporate team
  • Collaborate with office manager to develop monthly office newsletter and other office notifications
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the Together Champions program, our wellbeing and culture advocate group, including:
    • Monthly meeting admin and Monday.com board management
    • Development and execution of communications plans for annual and ad hoc Group and/or state-based activations
    • Idea generation for office activations and wellbeing partnerships
    • Research, drafting and updating of content for our corporate intranet’s wellbeing hub
    • Work on specific initiatives where required
  • Provide support with ad-hoc administrative tasks


Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and  Experience
 

  1. Minimum 1 years’ experience in an administrative and/or communications  role
  2. Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style and very strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office products plus Google Suite
  3. Strong initiative and ability to self manage
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced environment
  6. Strong desire to improve and refine processes
  7. Impeccable attention to detail 
  8. Enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic team
