Who we are?

InfoTrack is a leading SaaS technology innovator that is helping a range of professionals, businesses and individuals in a digital age. We care about what we do and the people we work with. We partner with our clients to identify their challenges and constantly look for ways to evolve our products to maximise their impact.

The Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to join the Corporate Development team at ATI Global, the parent group covering 15+ legal technology companies including LEAP, Smokeball, and InfoTrack. You will play a central role in executing M&A transactions, capital markets initiatives, and strategic projects that shape the future of the group. You'll work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across a dynamic, global portfolio.

About you

You are a commercially minded and collaborative professional with excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders and decision-makers. A proactive self-starter, you thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including target screening, due diligence, execution, funding, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Support the Group with its capital markets activities including debt, equity, and IPO initiatives.
  • Manage transaction processes and timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders while proactively identifying and escalating risks to deal completion.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, valuation analysis, scenario planning, and the Group Corporate Model
  • Assist in delivering strategic market and industry insights, investor reporting, refinancing and corporate restructuring support, while partnering with Group Finance and FP&A to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2+ years of post-graduate experience in corporate finance advisory (professional services or consulting) or an in-house corporate development /M&A team within a global organisation.
  • Tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance; a professional qualification such as CA/CPA or CFA (or post-graduate studies) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent team player, attention to detail, technical excellence and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self starter mentality, pragmatic and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including 3-statement models and DCF analysis in Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience in investment analysis and executing M&A transactions, including due diligence and transaction document preparation.
  • Understanding of accounting, tax and legal considerations in M&A and capital market contexts.
